  • What is the warranty of the spare parts?
    Vikay Mining Equipment warrants that its spares parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Vikay makes no other warranty express or implied. This warranty shall be effective for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. But shall not be effective unless Vikay has received the non-conforming product from the purchaser at our works, with transportation and other charges prepaid, within the said period. This warranty shall not apply to any Vikay products which shall have been altered, or modified in anyway. The purchaser’s exclusive and sole remedy for breach of contract (including breach of any express or implied warranty other than the above), shall be limited to repair, modification, or replacement at the sole discretion of Vikay, of the non-conforming product. Vikay shall not in any event be liable for the cost of any special, indirect or consequential damages to anyone. Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization of Vikay Mining Equipment. All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction, India Only.

    We ship the cargo on incoterms – ex-works basis. You have the liberty to choose your mode of shipment- - By courier: you need to book the shipment at your end through DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT & provide us with the Booking Reference Number. - By air / sea: You need to provide us with your nominated agent details in India, so we can handover the cargo.

You have to stamp and sign the Proforma Invoice, and email the scanned copy to us, as it is a document, to clear the goods from Indian custom.
  • When will I receive the Proforma Invoice?
    The Proforma Invoice will be forwarded on receipt of your order, along with the following information Mode of Dispatch – Courier / Air / Sea Port of Discharge Final destination Documents required as per point No. 17
  • What are the Terms of Payment?
    Our terms of payment is Advance Payment, via Swift or T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) through your Bank, against our Proforma Invoice.We believe in secure payment.
  • How do I transfer funds via Swift or T/T?
    We will send you the Swift or T/T details along with the Proforma Invoice, to transfer the funds. After transferring the funds, you have to send the MT-103 copy.
  • What is MT-103 Copy, why I have to send to you?
    MT-103 copy is the Bank to Bank payment remittance advice. You will get the same from your bank as soon as you remit the funds. The MT-103 copy is required by our Bankers to trace the payment.
  • How do I get to know the payment has been received by you?
    Once our bank receives the payment, we shall acknowledge you by Email.
  • What will be the delivery time OR lead time of my ordered Items?
    After receipt of the payment by our Bank, the delivery will be scheduled as mentioned in our Proforma Invoice.
  • What is the status of my order? How will I get update of my order?
    After receipt of full payment and when goods are ready for dispatch, shall intimate you via email- - Courier mode - you need to book the shipment from your end and provide us with the booking reference number - Air/sea shipment – provide us the details of your nominated agent & inform them to collect the cargo from our warehouse And after the pick up as been made from our warehouse we shall inform you by mail
  • How do I track my shipment?
    Courier Mode- once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide you the scanned copy of waybill. Air/Sea Mode-Your nominated agent shall update the status of shipment. Or else we shall provide you will the AWB/BL details.
